Yoga practice is for everyone. Whether you are flexible or stiff. It is also indicated in case of physical or mental health problems, and helps to relieve symptoms. It can very well be practiced during pregnancy.
Sessions can take the form of a classic course, of a workshop on a specific theme or a discussion space on special points to help you develop or deepen your practice.
We use props (blocks, bolster, straps, etc.) to help the body take postures in a safe way. We recommend you to get your own equipment. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this.
I offer individual or small group sessions (couples, friends, etc., up to 3 or 4 people). The usual duration of a session is 1 hour. It is possible to increase this duration according to your needs (1h30, 2h).
Lessons can be done at your home, at your work, online , or at my place. At your convenience.
Note: Private lessons at home are deductible from your taxes at 50%! Inquire!

Les ateliers sont importants quand on veut approfondir sa pratique et ses bienfaits.
Des séances plus longues, permettent de prendre le temps, d'explorer à l'aide de matériel, et de favoriser certaines prises de conscience plus difficile à toucher dans un cours hebdomadaire.
Il faut en faire régulièrement.
Dimanche 30 mars, je vous propose de combiner l'atelier avec une séance de Pranayama préalable.
Traditionnellement le Pranayama se pratique tôt le matin ou le soir avant le coucher.
Lorsqu'il est placé en début de journée, il vous permet de vous harmoniser pour le reste de votre journée.
Placé avant la pratique posturale d'Asana, il vous permet d'installer une bonne disposition intérieure, mentale et organique pour la pratique.
Ici nous ferons une séance classique de Pranayama de 9h à 19h et nous enchainerons par un atelier de pratique d'Asana de 2h de 10h30 à 12h30.
L'ensemble Pranayama + Atelier 2h : 47 euros
Pranayma seul : 18 euros
Atelier 2h seul : 35 euros
